Konopnickiej 3, 67-320 Ma\u0142omice.<\/p><p class=\"text-align-justify\">Projekt skierowany jest do dzieci, w\u00a0 tym dzieci z niepe\u0142nosprawno\u015bciami lub wymagaj\u0105cych opieki, do\u00a0 uko\u0144czenia roku szkolnego,\u00a0 w kt\u00f3rym dziecko uko\u0144czy 3 rok \u017cycia\u00a0 lub d\u0142u\u017cej zgodnie z ustaw\u0105 z dnia 4 lutego 2011 r. o opiece nad dzie\u0107mi w wieku do 3 lat oraz ustaw\u0105 z dnia 12 marca 2022 r. o pomocy obywatelom Ukrainy w\u00a0 zwi\u0105zku z konfliktem zbrojnym na terytorium tego pa\u0144stwa; rodzice, opiekunowie.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"text-align-justify\">Obecnie na terenie gminy nie istniej\u0105 miejsca opieki nad dzie\u0107mi do lat 3.<\/p><p class=\"text-align-justify\">W kolejnym etapie programu zostan\u0105 przyznane \u015brodki finansowe z przeznaczeniem na funkcjonowanie utworzonych miejsc opieki przez okres 36 miesi\u0119cy.<\/p><p class=\"text-align-justify\">Zaplanowano mi\u0119dzy innymi zakup wyposa\u017cenia niezb\u0119dnego do sprawowania opieki z przeznaczeniem dla nowych miejsc, taki jak: meble, szafki, le\u017caczki, stoliki, krzes\u0142a, naczynia kuchenne i inne. Zrefundowane zostan\u0105 tak\u017ce cz\u0119\u015bciowo koszty poniesione na budow\u0119 obiektu przedszkolno-\u017c\u0142obkowego.<\/p><p class=\"text-align-justify\">Dzi\u0119ki programowi Aktywny Maluch 2022-2029 powstan\u0105 nowe miejsca opieki, kt\u00f3re umo\u017cliwi\u0105 \u0142\u0105czenie \u017cycia zawodowego z rodzinnym. Miejsca opieki powsta\u0142e dzi\u0119ki programowi umo\u017cliwi\u0105 aktywizacj\u0119 zawodow\u0105 rodzic\u00f3w, kt\u00f3rzy dotychczas nie mogli podj\u0105\u0107 pracy ze wzgl\u0119du na konieczno\u015b\u0107 sprawowania bezpo\u015bredniej opieki nad dzie\u0107mi do lat 3.<\/p><p>Zgodnie\u00a0<strong>z umow\u0105 zawart\u0105 pomi\u0119dzy Gmin\u0105 Ma\u0142omice oraz Wojewod\u0105 Lubuskim Nr 15\/KPO\/2023 z dnia 19 wrze\u015bnia 2023 r. oraz aneksem Nr 1 z dnia 14 pa\u017adziernika 2024
